New Additions to Our Board

The Disability Lead Board of Directors led a very productive annual retreat. During their retreat the Board approved new mission and vision statements, nominated a new Member and approved a new Treasurer.

“Welcoming new board members who are invested in our mission to elevate and connect leaders with disabilities to redefine leadership is always thrilling. It is especially great when they are a part of the Disability Lead Network. Ana will bring some key insights from her experience at companies that are at are the forefront of workforce development,” said Chad Turner, Disability Lead’s Board Char. “It is also great to see new board members move into key officer roles. Arnesa’s expertise will be a great addition in this role.”

Meet Our New Board Member, Ana Monga

The Board of Directors welcomed Ana Monga. Ana was a 2023 Fellow. She leads Future of Work policy at Google and has 15+ years of experience at Fortune 500 companies.

“I am so excited to be appointed to the Board of Disability Lead. I have learned and grown so much because of the Disability Lead community. I am so excited to give back to this community in this way through this board leadership.”

Meet Our New Treasurer, Arnesa Omeragic  

The Board of Directors welcomed Arnesa Omeragic at the end of 2024 and she has already been an enthusiastic presence. Arnesa is an experienced financial services professional and is currently a Vice President, Treasury Product Manager at Associated Bank in Chicago.  Arnesa moves into the Treasurer role after months of service from interim Treasurer, Anna Lee.

Together, we will continue to demonstrate that leadership by people with disabilities is not just essential—it is transformative and improves outcomes for all.”

Ana Monga’s Bio

Ana Monga leads Future of Work policy at Google, focused on topics like hybrid work, AI in the workplace, and workforce & talent planning. With 15+ years at Fortune 50 companies like Google, PepsiCo, Twitter, and Cargill, Ana has experience overseeing and implementing HR strategy on a breadth of topics and organizational phases across people development, organizational change management, and talent policies and programs. Ana has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is a certified change management professional, leadership coach, and program management expert.

Ana is also a small-business owner, writer, speaker, and a board member providing independent consulting and coaching for organizations and individuals on topics like future of work, navigating change in complexity, workforce and career planning, personal & professional growth, disability, and frameworks for multidimensional moms.  

Arnesa Omeragic Bio

Arnesa Omeragic is a dedicated and results-driven professional with 20 years in the financial services industry, currently serving as a Vice President, Treasury Product Manager at Associated Bank in Chicago.

Arnesa is an innovative leader driven by a strong sense of purpose with deep expertise in Global Product Management, Treasury, Banking and Technical Professional Services. Her journey has been shaped by a multifaceted background that includes banking, strategy and consulting experience, with a unique perspective in navigating the complexities in the financial sector.

Arnesa’s heart for service and mentorship has led her to board member appointments on the Eurasian Advisory Economic Council for the City of Chicago, United Way Worldwide and Rotary International. Most recently, for 2 years, Arnesa served as the Co-Chair of the Leadership team of JPMorgan’s Access Ability, the business resource chapter for Illinois.

In her free time, Arnesa enjoys spending time in nature, playing the violin and mentoring. Arnesa holds an undergraduate degree in Organizational Psych (minor Economics) from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Concordia University.
