Chad Turner is a Director and Global Head of Account Analysis Billing at Bank of America in Chicago. Chad’s passion for supporting the disability community comes through his personal experiences, not only as an ally in the workforce but also as someone with a disability. Chad currently serves on the global leadership team as the finance co-chair for Bank of America’s Disability Action Network employee resource group.
Chad is a 2017 Disability Lead Fellow and now serves as Treasurer on their board of directors. Chad also serves as Treasurer on the board of directors at Access Living, the federally chartered center for independent living in Chicago. Chad was recognized as a Notable Leader in Finance by Crain’s Chicago Business (Fall 2023) and featured in the Illinois CPA Society Insight magazine (Summer 2023) describing his work experience as a person with a disability in the financial sector.
Previously, Chad was a governing member ambassador for the Chicago Zoological Society and a member of the Museum of Science & Industry’s Mission Accessible Task Force.
Chad received both undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting from Bradley University, where he currently serves on the Department of Accounting Advisory Council.
