Ruderman White Paper on Employment of Actors with Disabilities in Television

This paper is a report on actors with disabilities, or actors who play characters with disabilities, in television, which includes a survey conducted with such actors and a content analysis of the reported treatment of actors with disabilities in the workplace and in the television industry as a whole.
