Susana Meza

Susana Meza is an executive with deep experience across banking, public policy, corporate strategy, and community impact. She currently serves as Director of People‑First Banking at Huntington Bank, where she leads enterprise strategies focused on ADA communities, barrier removal, multilingual access, and inclusive financial‑education delivery. Her work includes launching the People‑First Banking function and establishing a cross‑functional revenue acceleration team to help grow 21 regions. 

Previously, Susana held multiple executive roles at Wintrust Financial Corporation, where she built and led Corporate Responsibility & Impact, Community Impact, Government Affairs, and Corporate Citizenship. She directed philanthropic and impact‑investment strategies.

She also served as an Executive Fellow on loan to PwC’s CEO Action, developing national strategies addressing systemic inequities and engaging more than 250 corporate signatories. Her leadership assessment placed her in the 97th percentile as a visionary, strategic, conceptual thinker .

Across her career, Susana has been recognized for aligning profit with purpose, building enterprise functions from the ground up, and translating complex data into actionable strategy. 

Born and raised in Chicago, she has enjoyed giving back and serving on various boards across chambers, schools and trade associations and she also mentors MBA students at Loyola University. Susana also facilitates six modules of strategic vision at the Lake Forest Center for Leadership.
