Saundra Russell-Smith

Dr. Saundra Russell-Smith is a nationally recognized speaker, author, and leadership expert who helps students, educators, and emerging leaders turn perceived limitations into strengths. A Black woman who stutters, she draws on more than 30 years as a teacher, principal, and district administrator to champion equity and inclusion. Founder of Limitless Leaders LLC and creator of the L.E.A.D.E.R. Framework, she inspires audiences to lead authentically and confidently. Her book Limitless Leaders: Leading Beyond Your Disability guides those with visible or hidden disabilities to rise with impact. Saundra holds a doctorate in educational leadership and is a proud wife to Mashuan and mom to Tori.
