Dr. Helm currently serves as Senior Manager, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Sunbelt Rentals. With more than 15 years in the industry, she is a passionate change agent and has led enterprise-wide initiatives that nurture the hiring and retention of individuals with disabilities. She graduated with a B.A. from Illinois State University, an M.S. from Bowling Green State University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
