Mark Williams

Mark Williams is a grant developer working with local, state and federal agencies, and philanthropic communities. Mark is a lifelong Chicago area resident with a liberal arts background who has supported the region’s human services, educational, international development, and workforce arenas in grant development throughout his career. Mark joined HIRE360 when it was established as a 501(c)(3) organization in 2019 with a mission to develop the untapped talent in Chicago's South and West Side communities to meet generational shifts occurring across the skilled trades.
