Clinton is a life long Chicago resident and a graduate of Bowen High School. Clinton has served the disability community for over 30 years. Beginning as an assistant specialist in aging and disability with the City of Chicago Department on Aging and Disability; through its evolution into the Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities (MOPD). Currently he serves as the Housing Coordinator for MOPD administering housing referral services, both short term and perpetual housing direction. Clinton is a certified information referral specialist, certified occupancy specialist and holds a certification in community development law from John Marshall Law School. Clinton earned a BS in Economics from the University of Illinois, Champaign Urbana and an M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Illinois.
