Carla Anderton

Carla E. Anderton, MFA, CFRE, is a nonprofit leader, communications strategist, fundraiser, educator, and disability advocate based in southwestern Pennsylvania. Drawing on her experience living with severe rheumatoid arthritis, she helps nonprofit and community organizations become more accessible, ethical, and effective. Carla serves as vice president of Mon Valley Academy for the Arts, chairs the Bach Choir of Pittsburgh’s Development Committee, advises Disability Belongs, and founded the Strategic Workforce & Arts Network of Pennsylvania to support smaller nonprofits through practical guidance, collaboration, and advocacy.
