Matthew Berwick is a disability rights activist with over a decade of experience working in disability services. A Senior Program Manager at UPMC, his work focuses on civil rights and disability compliance. In addition to his work at UPMC he teaches at the University of Pittsburgh. Matthew has served on multiple boards both locally and nationally. He’s also active in the adaptive sports community, promoting inclusion through athletics. Matthew is a graduate of Point Park University (B.A. Education, M.A. Adult Learning), and the University of Pittsburgh (M.S. Health Informatics). Matthew has also been recognized nationally for advancing disability rights.
